Section 2: Vendor Table Selection

Vendor fees include event marketing and promotion. Vendors are strongly encouraged to share the event with friends, family, followers, and their community through social media and word of mouth.

I understand that sponsorship fees are non-refundable and that promotional benefits depend on timely submission of logos, marketing materials, and required information.

Section 5: Vendor Guidelines Agreement

Vendor Guidelines

Vendors may only sell products and services that have been approved during registration.
Event organizers reserve the right to limit duplicate vendor categories to provide a diverse shopping experience for attendees.
Vendors are responsible for supplying any additional displays, table coverings, signage, and materials needed for their booth.
Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed and should not be expected unless otherwise communicated by the event organizers.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean, organized, and professional throughout the event.
Vendors are expected to actively promote the event through social media, email, text messages, and word of mouth to help ensure a successful event for everyone.
Setup begins at 6:00 PM. Vendors must be fully set up no later than 6:50 PM.
Vendors are expected to remain open and operational for the duration of the event and may not begin packing up before 9:00 PM unless approved by event staff.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to their business and products.
ProsperUs Business Group reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor whose products, displays, conduct, or activities are deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the mission and standards of the event.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax associated with their sales.
Vendors must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner toward customers, fellow vendors, event staff, and venue personnel.
Smoking, illegal substances, abusive language, harassment, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge that they are operating independently and are solely responsible for their inventory, transactions, and customer interactions.
Vendors must remain open until 9:00 PM and may not begin breaking down early.
Vendors may only occupy the space assigned to them by event staff.
Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and leaving their area in the same condition in which it was found.
No open flames, generators, or hazardous materials are permitted.
Music, microphones, or speakers that interfere with other vendors or the venue are prohibited without prior approval.
ProsperUs Business Group and The Sentient Bean reserve the right to ask any vendor to remove merchandise or displays deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Courtesy, professionalism, and community support are expected from all participants.

Section 6: Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver

By participating in this event, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees that ProsperUs Business Group, The Sentient Bean, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, accident, claim, or expense arising from or related to participation in this event.

The Vendor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for their products, inventory, equipment, displays, cash, personal property, employees, representatives, and any individuals assisting with their booth.

The Vendor assumes all risks associated with participation in the event, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, weather conditions, customer interactions, and circumstances beyond the control of ProsperUs Business Group and its partners.

The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProsperUs Business Group, The Sentient Bean, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of the Vendor's participation in the event or the sale of their products and services.

The Vendor further acknowledges that ProsperUs Business Group does not provide insurance coverage for vendors, their property, merchandise, or personal belongings, and vendors are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage if desired.

By submitting this registration form and signing electronically, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver.
